Scheduling and Hours
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are by appointment, so call and we’ll set a time.
Who will I talk to when I call?
Dustin, the owner. He answers the phone, gets the details and schedules a time to look at your door.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Yes. Most of our work is for homeowners, and we also repair and install commercial doors.

Cost, Estimates and Financing
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free. We inspect the door and give you the price on the spot, before any work starts.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. You get the price on the spot and we only start once you say yes.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through Acorn Finance. Ask us about it when we give you your estimate.

Repairs and Safety
Why won’t my garage door open?
Most often a broken spring or cable, a door off its track, or an opener problem. Don’t force the door. Call us and we’ll find the cause.
Can I replace a broken spring myself?
We don’t recommend it. Springs hold a lot of tension and can cause serious injury. Leave the door closed and call us.
How often should a garage door be serviced?
Once a year. An annual inspection catches worn springs, cables and rollers before they leave you stuck.

What warranty do you offer?
A lifetime warranty on our labor. Parts and new doors carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
What brands do you work with?
Haas, Safeway and DoorLink doors, and LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Genie openers, among others.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured, with $1 million in coverage.
What areas do you serve?
Greenwood, Fort Smith, Van Buren and nearby towns across the Arkansas River Valley.
